Bayer Consulting LLC (BC) works to bring together sources of capital with companies and projects across the Americas.
BC continuously looks for companies or projects seeking infusions of capital (via equity or debt financing), or for strategic partnerships; and evaluates their viability. BC helps companies or projects to organize information so it's attractive and easy to understand as well as prepare necessary documentation for investors to conduct due diligence.
We also seek out the right investors or lenders for specific clients, projects and companies, and work to negotiate and close the optimal deal for each project.
With over eleven years of experience in seeking strategic partners, and five years looking for capital, BC has established and maintained business relationships with:
