David Bayer

David Bayer founded Bayer Consulting LLC (BC)
in 2000. In addition to managing his firm's
activities and recruit ing executives in North
and South America, David now serves as VP for
the Americas of the International Executive Search
Federation (IESF). David also provides individualized
job-hunting guidance to international executives.
David also helps international organizations plan
conference and meetings, and retain keynote speakers.
David has interacted and worked with a broad range of business communities and groups in the U S and Latin America. Before founding BC, David was an independent consultant for different companies across the US and served as a business liaison between the US and Latin America in a program in which he promoted business development and technology transfer between US and Latin American companies.
David has a B A in Journalism, and an MA in International Relations (with an emphasis on Latin American Studies) from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. He is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural.

Julian Robles
Senior Search and Human Capital Consultant
(Madrid, Spain)
In May 2001, Julian Robles joined the team of
Bayer Consulting LLC, as the General Manager of
BC's operations in Spain. Julian brings
into the firm more than 20 years of experience
dealing with Human Resources management and consulting,
having occupied the highest HR position in several
multinational corporations in Spain, such as NCR,
Hewlett-Packard, Banco Santander, PA Consulting
Group, Royal Life and NOA. Julian has also
recruited hundreds of executives in Europe and
the Americas.
Julian's business and academic duties have led
him to work in several Latin American and European
countries and in the U.S. In addition to
his role as a business executive and consultant,
Mr. Robles has taught University-level classes
and participated as a lecturer in national and
international seminars related to Management.
Julian holds numerous social science degrees,
a JD degree from Universidad Complutense in Madrid,
and an MBA from IESE (University of Navarre).
He speaks Spanish, English, French, Portuguese,
and Italian . Julian
lives in Madrid with his wife Maria and their
two daughters.

Horacio A. Tomati
Search and HR Senior Consultant, Argentina & Uruguay
Horacio Tomati joined Bayer Consulting in 2001.
Since 1998, Horacio has worked as an HR Consultant,
with commercial and professional contacts in Argentina
and Uruguay. Most of his clients come from the
industrial, banking and services industries.
He specializes in Organizational Analysis, Executive
Search, HR Planning and Competencies Management.
Prior to beginning his work as an HR consultant,
Horacio performed executive functions for several
companies including purchase and supply, logistic
and information technology. Horacio also
served as HR Manager at the auto manufacturing
SEVEL-Argentine licensee of trademarks FIAT and
Peugeot-leading processes of organizational change
and development.
Horacio obtained his degree as Industrial Engineer
from the National Technological University of
Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has attended
executive education courses in "Strategic HR Management
and Organizational Change" (University of California)
and "Organizational Behavior" (The Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania). He is a member of
the HR Development Committee of ADRHA (Human Resources
Argentine Association) and Industry Advisor to
the Argentine Mid-size and Small Business Secretariat.
Horacio lives in Buenos Aires with his wife and
two children.

Luz P. Bayer
HR Consultant/Executive Coach (California)
Luz Bayer has extensive HR experience in the areas
of outplacement counseling, management coaching,
consulting, recruitment, training development,
and orientation. Luz has recently focused
on executive coaching and has developed and implemented
a Personnel Appraisal System for a US company
doing business in Latin America.
Luz has extensive experience as a Psychotherapist in diverse environments including community agencies, hospitals, and private practice. As an Employee Assistance Program Provider, Luz has served on a number of panels (including Blue Cross of California, Magellan, The Holman Group, United Behavioral Health, Managed Health Network, Managed Care of California, Ceridian) where she has performed assessments, diagnoses and referrals for individuals, crisis response and management training.
Luz holds a Master's of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Ms. Bayer is a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Therapist (M.F.T) and a Clinical member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Luz lives in Orange County, CA, with her husband Chris (aeronautical engineer) and their two daughters.
